I urge you to listen to what the Faulkner's have to say. Less than a year ago, my wife and I were also facing foreclosure. We were also looking into filing bankruptcy. About 3 years ago, due to job changes, medical bills and a few mistakes, we got behind on our mortgage. Even though we did everything that we could, we were unable to make ends meet. We were sinking.
That's when Dean and Pat contacted us. Even though we were in the early stages of filing bankruptcy, they took over our house payments and gave us a little breathing room. They let us find another place to live, gave us some money to move and were very helpful. They even gave us some money to make Christmas a possibility. And in the process paid off the liens that were on the house.
They fixed up the house and sold it for a reasonable profit. Then they turned around and gave us MORE money. Because of all they did, we didn't have to file bankruptcy, and our credit went from laughable, to workable. It still isn't great, but it took time to get into the mess and with Dean and Pat's help, we now have time to get out of that mess.
All in all, the Faulkner's were, in the words of my wife, "Angels from heaven." I am happy that they were able to help us and am certain that they will be able to help you. Please listen and consider what they have to say.
