Dean and Pat Faulkner were a great help in the aid of saving our home from foreclosure.
With all the stresses of creditors and people who were wanting to "save" our home I felt at ease when Dean and Pat knocked on my door. With the heartache of having to make such a difficult decision they helped to see was better to walk away with a few dollars than nothing and a mark against our credit report.
We are just starting to rebuild our lives but with this chapter of our life closed we know that because of the help the Faulkner's gave us we will soon be back on our feet.
It took awhile to realize but once the process started it went very quickly. I'm happy to be able to move forward and put this behind us as a very valuable lesson in life.
