I moved to California from Oregon because of work, I decided to rent my house in Oregon. I was in California for a few months and lost my job. At about the same time my renter started to pay late and one day just vacated. The renter still owed two months rent.
I then decided to hire a property management company to rent and take care of the house. A few more months went by and my home was not rented. I then found out the management company was not doing their job. In the meantime mortgage payments were due and I could not make them.
I tried working with a couple of different real estate companies to sell the house. I had no luck I had decided to just let the bank foreclose and take the house and then I received a letter from Pat Faulkner. I thought I would give one person one last chance to help me. This time everything worked out. Pat sold the home before the auction.
Pat saved the house and myself from going through foreclosure and did it very fast. It was nice to have someone tell me they could do it, and they really did. It got me out of a huge bind.
