I was working one day and got a call from Pat Faulkner. She said she was interested in buying my home, that my boyfriend and I had purchased, and then he filed bankruptcy. I walked away and left him with the house. I met with Pat and Dean, the most wonderful out going people I have ever met. We hit it off right away. We signed papers and within two months the house sold. I have got a clean credit report again.
